Cancellation Policy

-For payments, we require AUTO-PAY. All next payments are due one week in advance, for next 4 weeks, you are responsible for making the payments on time to keep you on the schedule. Student might be dropped from schedule if no payment is made, and/or if no arrangement has been made for an extension. If future payment is declined, a $30 i Payments are non-refundable. If in the event you have missed your payment, and lessons have been subsequently given, you are responsible for the unpaid lessons. -You are committed for the booked/same day/time, reschedules are not guaranteed (even in the event of illness), depending on our openings, and might not be with the current instructor. Missed lessons do not extend the payment due date. A benefit~web lessons may be available during your normal lesson time if you need, but not guaranteed. Students arriving late will not have their lesson time extended. -All communication regarding scheduling, payments, concerns about student’s progress or any other concerns, is to be communicated directly to management via call/text to Office (909) 615-4822 Cucamonga or (760~Mrs. Lilly-director. NOT the teacher or our receptionist. Our staff is not responsible for relaying messages. -You are committed to come to our school, so the student and/or guardians are not permitted to exchange personal information with the teacher such as phone numbers, e-mail address, social media, electronic payment info, etc. Respecting our team/teachers is part of your kindness. Arranging to meet at an outside event with a staff member should be cleared with management first. We have a NON-COMPETE POLICY with our teachers. Poaching teachers to teach outside of our school is strictly forbidden, even in the event of a teacher who might be leaving, which we do find out if you do so. -Only English (common language) is to be spoken between students/parents and instructor, no exceptions. Respecting our team/teachers is part of your kindness. -In the event of an instructor absence, the studio reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute. If we are unable to provide a substitute teacher, lessons will be likely rescheduled or waived. If the instructor informs you they will be gone on a particular day it does not excuse the lesson, management will be reaching out if a substitute has NOT been arranged.
